I’m so glad you are here!
My name is Cheryl (Chel) and I am a postgraduate qualified Nutritional Therapist and Registered Nutritionist. I’m a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT).
I like to work with clients to help them find the right balance for them personally making changes to their diet and lifestyle that will aid them in achieving their goals.
This could be from helping sustain health, support weight or even symptom support. I am aware we all try our best when it comes to diet and lifestyle but with modern living, confusing and often bombardment of advice and barriers in our lives it can often feel overwhelming. I work with you to remove the complexities.
I believe in realistic approaches to nutrition and lifestyle which consist of real whole foods and achievable lifestyle advice for real people that is sustainable. I do not believe in “diets”, just as everyones eyes and finger prints are different so are their bodies and coupled with our different life experiences this means a one size fits all approach does not work, “diets” often promote this approach alongside some form of deprivation.
I work with clients to develop simple, realistic sustainable but also, and more importantly, personalised recommendations to help you achieve your personal goals.
I work with clients who are healthy and want to make positive changes to sustain health where modern living can impact alongside those suffering with the impact of obesity and metabolic issues, energy problems, autoimmune conditions and more.
I have a keen interest in common problems modern living can impact such as autoimmune conditions, energy and fertility. I myself have personal experience of autoimmunity and the positive impact nutritional and lifestyle changes can have.
As a Nutritional Therapists I work alongside other healthcare providers, functional testing laboratories and expert supplement companies to ensure you receive the best support possible.
My journey to nutrition has been an interesting one from being a professional dancer to training and working as a microbiologist with some of the top testing and pharmaceutical companies within the industries. To struggling with my own health issues and delving further in nutrition from what I learnt during my degree to studying nutritional therapy at postgraduate level and here I am.
Outside of clinic my passions are cooking, walking, pilates and travel. You can find out more about me and my life on my instagram. Feel free to follow along or drop me a message on there.
But whatever brought you here today feel free to send me a quick message.
