Autumn Blog Series
Welcome to my Autumn Blog Series.
It is that time of year again the leaves are starting to turn red and getting ready to fall, the sun is lower, the days are getting shorter, temperatures are falling and social media is full of #sweaterweather #autumn #fall posts. I don’t know about you, but I am certainly ready for some cozy nights in with warm drinks and the fire on after some long crunchy autumnal walks. But what does the changing season mean for our health and wellbeing?
All the changes in seasons can effect our health and wellbeing and can exacerbate some common health problems such as autoimmune conditions, diabetes and mental health, but what should we be doing to reduce the impact the changing season has and to enhance our wellbeing during these autumn months?
In this series of blog posts I will be looking at what we can do throughout autumn to help maintain our health and wellbeing, embrace the season and set us up ready for the winter months ahead. I will be sharing recipes, nutrition and lifestyle tips in bite size blog posts throughout the season so make sure you subscribe so you don’t miss out!
Stay happy and healthy,
